Helped trouble shoot a broken boiler for my in-laws and once he saw it he highly recommended replacing the boiler. I knew this was not an up-sell as the boiler was in very rough shape. He also took the time to evaluate the size of the house and recommended a much smaller boiler - the existing one was way oversized and therefore over-using heating oil."
