"The company rapidly responded to the service request and booked an appointment with me in a timely fashion. Technician, John, arrived on time and did call 20-30 minutes prior to arrival. He was polite, profession and respected the property. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with several options after showing me and explaining the issue with the fireplace. Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). "The representative was very friendly and offered some alternatives for the chimney. However, his quote was the second best for the cap at $275 and the cleaning was quoted for $275. I decided to put off the cleaning for now and have just the cap replaced. Went with a different person for the cap."
