communication could be a little better

Yes, great group of men. Tried to repair first but the Opener was too old. When the new motor arrived they did the job well and quickly. All around good company and good staff. I met the owner who obviously cared about his companyâ s reputation. Iâ m happy with the work and staff.

Very punctual. Responded almost immediately upon receipt from initial contact from HomeAdvisor. Very knowledgeable and kept me posted with suppliers. Arrived promptly to accomplish the project and neatly cleaned up the premises.

Fantastic service. Called backed as soon as I submitted the project through HomeAdvisor within 10mins. They came in about an hour to do project and recommended future services, but did not oversell.

Installed equipment, motor not functioning been waiting a week for replacement.

We were not happy with the service. It took too long to complete, over 11 days. We tried to get hold of the team on numerous occasions, they either didn't call back or ignored us completely. We even E-mail them twice, but no response. What should have been a two hour job was close to two weeks. We were without the use of our garage, all this time. Not pleasant!

Wes was very professional and friendly, and he did an awesome job installing two new garage doors and openers. He was in and out in about 4 hours. The new Garaga doors are great for curb appeal, let in lots of light via the window panels, and seal out the heat/cold much better than my old doors. The lifts are super quiet. Great price for the value, too.
