"Nate took care of some wifi issues we were having, setting up hotspots around the house. He also helped with swapping out an Xfinity box and some computer issues. I was happy at the time, he's a nice guy who even worked with me on a payment plan to spread out the cost (which was truly appreciated after I was laid off by my employer). That said, Nate has completely disappeared, not returning calls, emails or text messages after several attempts. This disappearing act is a HUGE problem since we weren't provided the login details for any of the aforementioned, leaving us powerless to deal with new issues we're now having. For example: I can't swap out my old Xfinity equipment because I don't have login details (required for setting up the new equipment). This has lead to threats from Xfinity of shutting off my service because I'm being charged hundreds of dollars for gear that's supposed to be returned. I expected a higher level of professionalism and better service from Nate, unfortunately I now feel like I got truly screwed over and wouldn't recommend him to anyone."

"Austin did an excellent job, he came the first time to assess and provided feedback in size of TV and type of Mount to use. He then came back to install the Mount and TV. It was a difficult job but he did a great job. He is a stand up person who wants to do a great job. We were happy with the work performed."

Depending on the issue I will either come to your house and work on the computer there or I can pick-up the computer and schedule a drop off time when the work is completed. Most issue can be resolved within a few hours, however those that require hardware replacement will take longer. I also offer remote assistance so if you don’t reside close-by it’s another option we can utilize. As long as you can log into your Operating System ( Windows, Mac) and have an internet connection. If you’re unable to do either of those I can attempt to walk you through troubleshooting steps.
