Carl and his wife are an awesome couple! He and his wife were driving to their weekend getaway place up in the mountains towing their camper. I lost a court document for my disabled sister's legal case which set her and I to tears! I needed to recover that document that I had accidentally lost. When I called for help I was on speaker phone and Carl's wife heard the urgency in my voice. She told him to pull over and take care of me at the next pull off! Excellent - on time and did a fantastic job; he knows networks and problems and how to repair them. Very impressed. We are a technology company but did not take care of our own network. CDU cleaned up in a few hours and fixed several serious problems
