Billing procedures, usually are 1/3 at the start, 1/3 mid point and final payment upon completion of the project. I am fully licensed and insured.

The team repaired a bedroom that had been damaged, installed a new front door, and updated our siding and window frames, and they did an outstanding job. Their workmanship was excellent, and everything turned out even better than we expected. The crew was professional, friendly, and easy to work with—great communication, always on time, and very respectful of our home. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. He referred us to a design architect, which we used, and we ended up then hiring Tseranos Construction as our general contractor. Sterg was really great to work with.
