"I got a call from Mike right after placing the request. We set up a time to come out and fix the clog in my tub and he was early. Only critique would be a slight gap between the backsplash and wall, which had I noticed sooner I am sure they could have corrected with caulk or pushing backsplash closer. It is hardly noticeable.
