Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied. From Cat Vaillancourt and Mary Kay Macfarlane in the office to Jose to Paul, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. "I could not have been more pleased by the work and the professionalism and the cost and the results. ABI was the first company to respond to my request for bids on the project. They were at the house within days of the request and were knowledgeable about putting insulation over light fixtures embedded in the ceiling. The attic did not have access from within or outside the house and they problem-solved this in a way that was a great solution. They lay down mats so as not to dirty up the carpets and stairs and they wore gear to protect themselves from the insulation. MY house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.
