Very easy to work with

Responsive, arrived on time and cleaned up after.

The customer service was good. They showed up when they said they would, and completed the project early. However, they didn't do a great job paying attention to details when trimming the foam & cleaning up afterwards. I had to spend a few hours trimming foam they missed, so that drywall could go up without interference, and dealing with staples and foam on painted walls.

Green Cocoon did a quality job except for spray foaming over my roof ridge vent. Green Cocoon admitted that it was their fault but were very reluctant to fix the problem. I had over 12 back and forth communications with them before it was resolved in my favor. All the workers were extremely nice. The communications with Green Cocoon were very prompt; the best of any contractor I have ever used.If it were not for the mistake they made spray foaming my roof ridge vent and slow resolution to it I would have given them five stars.

We loved the job they did and their professionalism from the estimator to the contract proposal and follow up. They came on time to the minute and were done within 4 hours! Would highly recommend them to anyone! Price was best of our three estimates received.

Crew was very friendly, knowledgable, and hard-working. They did a great job insulating my attic, basement, and eve. They did more work for lesser price than another competitor. After signing the contract the job was quickly booked! I would highly recommend!

I contacted Green Cocoon for a relatively small project I was doing on my 3rd floor bedroom/attic. The customer service was excellent, they scheduled the work for the next week, and when I had to delay due to my schedule they had no problem rescheduling for a few days later. The work was performed on schedule, on budget, and they did a great job cleaning up after!

Great service and quality! The newly insulated 3 seasons porch is a comfy 4 season room now! The Blown foam worked like a charm.
