We have 6 employees, we do sub contract small portions of our work, we take cash, checks and credit cards via paypal. All our hardscaping has a 5 year warranty.

"It all went very well. They had some equipment issues and personnel on vacation, but the work was done expertly and still in a timely manner. My granite steps were reset as well as the two "cheeks" on either side. A new, fifth step was added to meet the new walkway seamlessly and more ergonomically for using the steps. The new walkway is gorgeous, old ugly asphalt was removed and replaced with these beautiful brick-looking pavers that I chose and it looks gorgeous. They also hand dug a twelve foot circle on the side yard and installed a circle paver patio with a circle kit of the same brick looking pavers and it also looks tremendous. The work is of good quality and the conditions here for both jobs involved awkward locations in tight quarters. Damage to the surrounding grounds was minimal and repaired at the end of the job. I'm very happy with the work that was done. I wold call Joshua and his team again if I need to do any more work like this or similar to this."

Each type of grass has its own specific needs regarding the timing of aeration, but in general, late summer to early fall is the best time to do so. For most lawns, that means sometime between September and November, though certain types of grass, like St. Augustine Grass, do better with aerations in late spring and early summer.

Throwing grass seed on existing lawn isn’t likely to germinate, grow roots, or become healthy grass. You need to prep the soil, spread fertilizer with your seed, and sow the seed into the soil. Water the seed every day for two weeks to ensure it germinates and grows roots. Be sure to stay off the area and wait to mow until it reaches optimal height.

There are several ways to decompose yard waste quickly. The first step is to move all debris into a compost bin or pile. From there, microorganisms, bacteria, and insects will break down the yard waste into compost. Aeration can level your lawn if the issue is minor soil compaction, so it can help smooth things out if your yard is bumpy from foot traffic or vehicle traffic. However, it won’t slope your yard. If you have small areas where water seems to pool after precipitation, aeration could help, but larger issues with improperly sloped lawns and problems leading to foundation leaks or structural damage will require more comprehensive solutions.
