We are out the deposit of $1700 with no alternative to get a stove or get my money back on the deposit. As far as I am concerned they stole that money and are crooks. This guy Kyle was full of himself giving me a lecture via email about his high moral ethics in business and how he was a man of honor and good character. As as far as I am concerned he is full of s*** and now Sin Cal is permanently closed with no recourse to get my money back. I have hired a lawyer and will pursue legal means to get restitution or at the very least cost them money. This guy has other businesses and if you see him associated with any contractor or contracting businesses pull clear this guy is a crook."
