Dean was the main salesman. The first thing they did was to ask me what I wanted to change in my home in regards to comfort. I appreciated that as they actually cared about the things that I saw as problematic. They listened and gave some suggestions to fix the problems. Suggestions that made sense and were significant changes to increase the comfort of our home. We sat down with them and they gave us a quote. We talked to them the next day and said that we cannot go over our budget. We only pay in cash and had an amount that we could not go over. We compromised and were able to get our price. They had a cancellation the following day and so it was installed two days after meeting with them. They completely redid our air handler venting which was important to us as it was rusted. They installed two new vents and two new air returns. They put in a new heat pump. All was done professionally and I couldn't be happier with their work and our monthly electric bill shows it!!

Overall the finished product was alright. First thing, the owner who I talked to since the beginning of the project would never let me know what was going on. I always had to call him to find out when the workers were coming and what they were going to do. Given the overall time to took to complete the job the fit and finish of everything was good at all. First the caps on the deck and stair posts are just glued on, barely and almost every one of them came off. One reason is there was barely any glue holding them on and second the top of the posts weren't cut off square. Next the fence post caps had the same problem except with some of these they just weren't glued on enough. Another thing was I got the wood that was showing on my deck wrapped in vinyl to cover it and protect it. First thing with this is the main color is a shade of brown and they decided to use white headed screws to secure it to the wood. To fix that they painted the heads of the screws after they installed them and now each screw has about a half inch border of paint around it, doesn't really look good. Next some of the parts that weren't screwed on were glued on and like other parts that were glued they started falling off the deck. They had one major thing left to do and said they would take care of all these little things when the finished the major part, but they didn't. After about a month I received a bill with a late fee, which really upset me because things didn't get finished that the owner told me personally that they would be taken care of. 3 weeks after the late billing notice I was finally able to get a hold of the owner and they will hopefully show up in a few days to finally finish the job. This company has the nerve to bill with a late notice before they finished the job and told me they were going to. Please save yourself a headache and find a different contractor to do fence and deck work. I was warned about this contractor and didn't listen because I liked the products they offered. Looking back I would definitely go with another contractor for the job. The only way I am able to get them to come back and finish the job is I am still holding on to about 50% of the money I owe them. Money speaks volumes, be smart never pay in full until the job is complete.

The house I purchased has a one year builders warranty from the date of purchase. I was having issues with my shower leaking onto the bathroom floor I called the provided multiple times and they said they would be out to look at it multiple times and never showed up any of the times, it was probably around 3 or 4 times. I am fully capable of fixing the issue myself but its under warranty so I didn't need to do it myself. After having the provided never show up and even look at the issue I just fixed the problem myself and the shower no longer leaks.
Another issue with their installation was the caulking seam between the counter tops in the kitchen and the bathrooms was pulling away from the walls. After the issue with the shower I didn't even bother contacting the company again, I just fixed this one myself right away. Overall I will never use this provider again and would never recommend them to anyone, terrible customer service.

Wow! The plumber knew within two seconds what the problem was just by looking at it, when the company that installed it during a remodel did not know what was wrong and did not fix it, but charged me for the service call anyway! Wrenn's came out right away. The plumber was exceptionally...

The average cost to hire a handyman ranges from about $40 to $140 per hour. Average project cost ranges between $180 and $700, but the cost per hour and per project depends heavily on the type, size, and complexity of the project. The pro’s experience level and your location also factor into how much a handyman charges per hour or per project. You can also expect to pay higher rates or additional fees for emergency services, or around periods of high customer demand, like holidays.
If your TV antenna is good quality and was installed by a professional, you can expect it to last between 10 and 20 years without needing repair or replacement. This can vary based on your geographic location, weather conditions, and antenna location.
Yes, you should get a quote or an estimate from an electrician. Most electricians offer free estimates or quotes. When getting quotes, do your research and verify each electrician’s license. Get quotes from three different electricians to compare. If the prices or items listed appear different on the quotes, ask the electrician to clarify. Learning as much as you can about the electrical work you want done will help you get the most accurate estimate.
Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
The cost to repair your TV antenna is around $200 for the average homeowner. However, charges could be as low as $60 or as high as $450. Factors such as multidirectional or unidirectional, indoor or outdoor, and amplified or non-amplified all play an essential role in determining the cost of your repair. For example, outdoor antennas cost more on average to repair than indoor ones, much like amplified antennas cost more to repair than unamplified ones.
