Explained that financing would be 24 months no interest and processed with Momnt and took the first $4,000 as downpayment - 50/40/10. Josh came back a few days later, remeasured and took some of my indoor framework down (pealed paint but at the time didn't make a fuss). August 31st, received an updated contract changing from triple pane to double pane and changing outside color. Received a text from Dave Oct 2 saying that my materials were expected to arrive Oct 12. Said they would keep me updated which they have not! I have reached out several times only to get the runaround! I finally sent a message to Darren only to be told that they had shut down the Billings Office and even if my materials were here, there would be no one to install nor anyone to honor the warranty! After finding out that the lady down the street had been left in the same situation as me but with a whole house project, I reached out to you."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
