"Terrible service, our front was sinking due to our fireplace. We got a quote ($28,000), for their "patented" footings - enormous metal poles under each of the house supports for the front. Pretty slick snowjob, they quoted us 3 days but took 5. They dumped all the concrete they removed in the backyard without asking and left an enormous hole in the front of the house where the fireplace is. When I (5'1" femme) asked to speak to a supervisor about the delay and dumping, they sent a good old boy (300 pds, 6'2") to scream at me in my living room. No supervisor was present to verify the work and I was not permitted to watch them. They pressured me to sign the inspection form, without me inspecting anything. They are a SCAMMMM! I would only recommend Olshan as revenge."

I do honest work I don't try to inflate cost two clients, I've been apart of a lot of large jobs and careers with other companies I previously worked with my father had the Behlen metal buildings dealership he is past I go from job to job when I get task completed I try to find another. I kind of like doing smaller jobs with the small crew it just seems easier I enjoy working with the owner or the project engineer to help solve problems make Corrections re-engineered I am not an engineer though, but sometimes it's just plain sense!

NO CALL, NO SHOW and I am pretty sure I saw their company truck drive by at 12:40 pm. Did the company rep drive by and just decide EFF THEM, they are not worth my time? How does a company survive when they cannot communicate or commit to an appointment? Also curious that the company has been in business for 10 years and IS NOT Better Business Bureau accredited. Consider this a "No Star" review since One Stop Shop was a NO CALL, NO SHOW. I had to click on a least one star to be able to post this warning to potential One Stop Shop customers/ clients. WOW!"
