",We met the sales rep at our house in the evening. Julie Reed provided outstanding service and a lot of additional advice on remodeling trends and styles. We felt a real connection with her from the get go. She assured us that if we chose Cabinet Clad that she would guarantee we would not be disappointed. We met about 3 times to hammer out the scope of work to be performed. One option that Cabinet Clad offers is if you sign your contract with them the night they come out, they will provide free drawer box upgrade for your project. That is a big descision to make on the spot, so do your homework upfront before you call them out because it is a heck of a deal. We decided to go with them afterwords, so we ended up paying for the boxes extra.
Great upgrade though, hate to think of our beautiful new kitchen with old drawer boxes.
We visited the showroom in Blue Springs to get an idea on their Quality and styles that were being offered.
Julie was very upfront with all the prices that were being charged, The biggest reason we decided to go with them besides price was that the other Big Remodeler in town could not tell us what we were paying for. Their computer program was so complex that nobody could decode it to tell you what they were going to charge you for any paticular item. Not a good feeling.
Install day came, Zack and Chip and Ryan and Matt showed up on time, worked a full day, cleaned up completly before they left for the day. Let me tell you, Zack is a very skilled cabinet maker and just a great kid.
We had a problem with a door arriving the wrong size, no big deal, problems are going to occur, it is how you handle these problems that set you apart. Cabinet Clad handled everything professionally and promptly.
We still walk into the kitchen at night, turn the undercounter lighting on and just think we are in somebody elses kitchen.
It is just BEAUTIFUL. Julie was absolutely right, We were not disappointed one bit that we chose Cabinet Clad to do our work.

Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. In May 2012, we had a bad windstorm that took shingles off my roof.  The USAA insurance adjuster said the whole roof had to be replaced.  I know a little about roofs but not enough to feel comfortable about picking a company considering the amount of companies that move through here because of storms like this.  I asked USAA if they had any suggestions and they referred me their program contractor -Total Construction Service Inc. and contacted the company for me.  I got a call from the estimator that same day.  The estimator, Mitch Stringer, came to my house, went up on the roof, measured and answered all my questions.  We talked about the measurements that the adjuster had made and the material I could choose from; how they would install the roof; when and how the material would be delivered; and the cleanup.  He pointed out that my roof was not ventilated properly and we discussed how they could correct the problem and what the result of the change he proposed would make.  He took pictures before and after and did all the work to change the work order from USAA to include necessary upgrades to the roof that we had discussed.  I also had some issues with my downspouts so he spent time measuring and discussing them with me.  He had the proposal ready in 3 days and I paid no money out-of-pocket prior to the work being done.  The material was delivered the day before the work was done, the crew showed up when they said they would and completed the roof in one day.  When all was complete, Mitch came back and went over the changes and was able to demonstrate that it had indeed made a difference in the movement of air.  He did all the work to get the payment from the insurance company and I paid my deductible.  USAA and Total Construction have a great working relationship which positively impacted my experience.

The work was done to my satisfaction and at the time of my choosing and they followed up to ensure that I was satisfied.  The company demonstrated honesty and integrity and follow through.
