Their work is shoddy. They lie to your face, then get mad when you call them out on their sub-standard work. I told Jason (the owner) that the decking material and railing for our deck were wrong. I asked why, in the 3 weeks it sat in my front yard, no one bothered to check to see if it was correct. His answer stunned me. "Why didn't YOU double-check?" ...um, because I hired you so I wouldn't have to do it. Their framers are garbage. My deck has more waves than a beach. They won't fix it. When the insurance adjuster came out to inspect the finished work, J-Tech submitted a bill for a completed job, according to the adjuster. The job wasn't even half completed. He was not happy. Now, this is just my opinion, I am not a lawyer or insurance professional, but that sounds a lot like attempted insurance fraud. Again, just my opinion. It would be difficult to over state how much I hope you find someone else for your construction project.

August 15, 2022, was my first visit from J Tech. We talked shingles, gutters and siding. Finally, by November they said they could start on the roof. I said "no". I felt we needed to wait until the weather warmed up so it would seal properly. It was May when the shingles and gutters were put on. Occasionally, I would feel the need to ask a question about the job they were doing. I had to use my phones language translator to do so. A project manager was there one day, and he requested I talk to him about these matters and not use the phone, but he wasn't always around. and hadn't identified himself to me as the project manager until then. I was referred to so many different people for any little question I had. If you hire them, get a list of names and who is responsible for what...Ruby, Alex, Justin, Sheena, Ryan to name a few. They still never told me if the siding I wanted would be done. I felt they kept putting me off saying they would see if they could do Diamond Kote Smart Siding. I finally insisted, in May on an answer, and they said they would only do Hardie cement fiber board. They must have thought I'd agree to that high priced brand, since I had no other choice, but I said I'd get someone else for siding. I was so upset they put me on hold for so long because it had been more than a year since the damage, and everyone else in the area was full of jobs. I had to start all over to look for a contractor. But in the end, I found 2 local men, working for a company out of Kearney. They also replaced doors, lights and even fixed a bicycle tube for my great grandson. I told them to send me a bill for the extras they did for me while they were here and they said "No", "We just like helping people". After the experience with the roof, I was thankful I found them to do my siding and hadn't fallen into the trap that J-Tech was trying to set for me. The local men were worth the wait. My neighbor had J-Tech do their roofing, gutters and siding. I told the representative, when I hired J-Tech that he recommended them. I wanted my neighbor to get the "discount" that's offered when someone referred someone. I will certainly NOT be referring anyone. While working at my neighbors 80% of the time, the J-Tech crew parked in my driveway and kept their machines plugged into my electricity and left MY gate open with no regard for my dog.

I started my own roofing project and ran into some physical troubles and couldn't finish it on my own. Called J-Tech const and my open roof was covered that afternoon and two days later my roof was done. Fast, reasonably priced service. They had an excellent crew come in and they've obviously been together for awhile. They did great work and work as a super team. I am more then pleased with the job they did.

Jtech installed roof, siding & gutters in 2018. A piece of the fascia came off this winter 2021. It was held in place with two screws for a 10â long piece. Contacted Jtech to replace it. Was told a tech would contact me to schedule a time. I received a call promptly and was told that this has been a problem for them and the repair would be covered under warranty. Due to extremely cold temps it would have to wait foe the weather to warm up. When I got the call they were coming I was told the charge would be $300. I questioned this and was told it wasnâ t covered under warranty. Once again the right hand didnâ t know what the left hand was doing. I told her not to bother scheduling it. I was so angry and upset. One more time Jtech lied to me. So buyer beware. Always note whom you are speaking with and get it in writing.

Material was top quality. Took a while to get here to do the job, but it was done quickly. The installers forgot one part of the install - the hinged drainpipes. Have to return.

They are professional, clean, and willing to take the time to explain the product. Two of the sales reps stopped by during the install just to make sure the project is going as planned. That meant a lot to me.

They came when they said they would and did a good job.

Ralph Brown is a great salesman! Very helpful and informative. He even helped me decide what color shingles. The crew showed up on time. They had the house and garage done in two days and that's even with a storm delay. They did an awesome job! Cleaned everything up and got all the nails too.

Salesman was great. Gave us a good demonstration for the window that we eventually purchased. Workmen arrived when they said they would. Did a very good and fast installation. We love the window the salesman recommended, but it is a bit pricey. Probably worth the cost in the long run.

They were easy to work with. They completed the project in just 3 days. They completed the project just before a snow storm moved in.

J-Tech backs out of their contracts and leaves you with nothing!

We were very happy with the quality of the windows and the quality of their work. They did make a number of overhead errors, including getting our window order incorrect, last minute window installation scheduling, and a very long wait time from signed contract to windows installed. They did correct all these mistakes and they were very reasonably priced for the quality of window/work we received.

Great salespeople
