"Groundworksâ listened to our input and throughly evaluated the requirements to support the basement walls and prevent water from coming in. They were on time and communicated clearly and timely. The Foreman did an evaluation and recommended a couple changes to the plan that I agreed with and weâ re beneficial. The 3 workers knew what they were doing and worked hard. "I scheduled an appointment with Thrasher to evaluate the reasons for water seeping into my basement through my walk-out door and window. Rob came and did a thorough evaluation which ended with him saying my home is sound and not in need of their services but I need a new quality door and window. Wow, was I surprised! "Thrasher employees had to come three times after water kept leaking in below an egress window. It is clear that not all employees have the same level of expertise; the very experienced lead employee on the third team knew immediately why the work from the second visit had failed and explained it to us in a way we could understand. While I am very disappointed that three visits were necessary and I have not dared reconstruct my basement, Thrasher was always pleasant and attentive when we notified them of problems, and the basement is completely dry now."

"Work went well. I feel it could have been better if I hadn't rushed the contractor to get it done. But overall, the yard looks good and the flowers are now blooming beautifully. "I had such a great experience with anointed power ; they first painted the interior of our house,and we then had them do the exterior as well. They did a beautiful job and were very conscientious about cleaning up every day, (which I really appreciated after having past painters who did not clean up).
