"We had a really good experience working with Rough Sawn Builders while we were looking into building a custom home. While we were not able to complete the project I wanted to share how positive our experience was with them. We came to them with a set of house plans we had already found, and they were great about working with what we brought in. They were also willing to draw and design the plans from the beginning if we wanted to go that route, which I thought was a really nice option. Everyone we dealt with was easy to talk to, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. We never felt pressured, and they took the time to go through different ideas and options with us. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you're considering building a custom home. We had a great experience with them and really appreciated how they handled the whole process."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

During the times Donald had to step away his crew interacted with our family with complete professionalism. Donald helped us with several issues concerning our Insurance Coverage and even took the time to meet with US Bank when they came to inspect the work he completed. Our home looks wonderful! New paint; new cabinets and fresh new carpet; all completed two weeks prior to our agreed upon deadline. Donald Moore fought my Insurance company's scope of work and showed them why I needed my whole carpet replaced; I would not have been able to convince State Farm with out his professional view and input. He did such a good job on the inside we had him build us a new deck in front;; he even re varnished my back deck to match the new one he installed!
