"Mr Nice Guy was about 2 months our on doing the house, which was fine; however, I was notified they were able to get the power washing done within a couple of weeks and begin the house within a month. The deck came first, which was delayed due to the high temps. Â Their deck guy came out on a cloudy Saturday and complete the deck staining in one day. Â The house was completed a couple of weeks later.
