Dan Fay Plumbing

Hired them to repair a faulty shower faucet. I told them what the problem was and they came without the proper tools or parts. Then they charged me time to go get the tools! Then they inflated their travel time and work time (they were present less than 90 minutes and charged me for over 2 hours plus travel, plus time to get parts/tools). Ridiculous service and unforgivable cheats. Oh, and Dan "trained" his partner on MY TIME. And that "hefty" partner stank to high heaven. Yuck.

We had Dan replace our water heater that went out. Came out the next morning and had the new one up and running in about an hour. He was polite and was fair with the cost. Provided recommendations and showed me how to operate it as well. We will be calling Dan for future projects for sure.

Worst idea I had trying to help out a small local business with a job he obviously couldn't handle. Left the gas line open in my basement had it been turned on it would have pumped natural gas into my house. Poured the patio the wrong color and instead of fixing it, tore out the patio, then sent me a text he wasn't coming back, and of course wasn't refunding any of my 1/2 down, because he had time and effort into the project. I have absolutely nothing completed in fact I'm in a worse position from where I started and he basically stole $4300 from me. He was the kid who wanted a medal for showing up instead of any actual results on the field!! I recommend you stay as far away from this guy as possible!!

The first time he was supposed to come out, he didn't show up or call me and I ended up having to call him to reschedule. He came out and did the work, and I asked him to give me a quote for a basement bathroom renovation and he said he'd get me the numbers. He still never got back with me on that.

Dan was great!! I talked to him at 2:00pm and he was able to come over that evening. I had a working water heater by 8:00pm the same day! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use his services again!

Dan and his crew showed up at the scheduled time. Each worker placed covers on their shoes and got to work right away. They were very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up their work space when job was completed and made sure i was satisfied with the work before they left. I will definitely call these guys back for all of my plumbing needs. Thanks Dan for coming out right away!
