Sometimes mother nature can inflict damage to sunrooms, we are also insurance claim specialists and can assist in with claims. Our other services offered are roofing, siding, windows, and gutters, allowing us to provide turnkey solutions when selecting a home improvement project.
"Did what I asked except that paid for a deck made of aluminum that wasn’t supposed to leak on my patio below. The deck leaks at each rain, called to have someone to come a check it, promised they would come. No one showed up and never got a call bac. Very disappointed"

"initial contact was good. but the minute we gave him money to start the project we began having problems. he did not show up as scheduled. he put us off several times by being at the wrong store to choose materials with us. when wiring the two lights on the outside of our garage he put in wiring that led nowhere. he failed to get a building permit (i called the permit office and they were familiar with Lee and said that he knew very well that a permit would be required). next thing he did was stop responding to our calls. he took several thousand dollars and simply (accordingly to the inspector's office) decided he was tired of the job and decided to just not do it. we went to a government office and submitted a detailed letter of what happened and what we expected from Lee. the office worked as a go-between to try and solve our problem but it was entirely his decision whether to respond. he chose to not do anything and we lost the money, had to find another contractor, and start all over again. we would ask everyone to steer clear of this man. he is attempting to branch out to other places in the state (last place we heard of was kearney) and we are sure he would run off with more people's money if given a chance. we have spoken to others who had Lee do the same thing to them. please save yourself headaches by not bothering to even ask him for an estimate. losing a few thousand dollars can really put a strain on the budget if you have to pay another contractor to do the same job. he displays BBB signs but is a terrible example of independent/small businesses."
