Lee is a good communicator about the project. He wants everything defined in a contract before starting. He listens closely and wants to do what the homeowner wants. He wants the finished product to be as perfect as possible. I am impressed by the quality of the foundational work and the high standards he adheres to. He has a lot of knowledge of codes and boundaries, as well as how to do things. He works with the city and pulls the permits so there will not be problems down the road. He is everything someone would want when employing a contractor.

The replacement deck is better than the old one. Pro was easy to work with.

I really like the way that he listens to us, and helped make recommendations based on our ideas and did some out of the box problem solving to create a solution for us. We were able to check out another sunroom that he had done, and really liked what we saw. He's versatile and responsive, and we're very pleased with his work.

Knowledgeable and gives great recommendations. He'll always let us know if our ideas would work or what might work better along the same lines. He communicates well and always lets us know when he is on his way. He is very talented in his craft.

We'd had some contractors that weren't so great, so before we started this project I tried to do a lot of research before making a hiring decision. I chose Lee because he brought out a binder for me to look at his work, provided three references for me to speak with, and overall was very professional. He was personable, respectful, and cleaned up after himself after each day, and stuck to the quoted deadline. I would definitely hire him again!
