"Paul answered my request promptly - was well prepared for the interview ( pictures of walls and blocks available) he listened to what we wanted and was able to work with in our budget and the time frame that we needed. I even explained that I understood if they didn’t have the capability of performing my work, seeing as I know they might be busy, but still absolutely zero response.
