"It took 3 service calls to solve the problem. 2 trips can be understandable as one trip involved replacing a defective ring, but 3 trips should not be necessary. This is especially so since a running toilet is a common problem. Also, on one of the calls their office said a service person would arrive b//t 2-4 and he came at noon. I will say on the third trip they sent 3 service personnel showing their concern."

Our main line backed up and they were able to clear it and show me the camera footage of a clean pipe. Previously we had Roto Rooter come out and do the same thing and they quoted us $10,000 and that the main sewer line needed to be replaced. Didn’t use dishwasher and still had a leak. Major Drain came out located the leak on the shut off valve to the dishwasher and fixed it. No more leak. Professional Friendly Honest Best around imo."
