When I (5'1" femme) asked to speak to a supervisor about the delay and dumping, they sent a good old boy (300 pds, 6'2") to scream at me in my living room. No supervisor was present to verify the work and I was not permitted to watch them. They pressured me to sign the inspection form, without me inspecting anything. They are a SCAMMMM! I would only recommend Olshan as revenge."

They weren't coming back until we called them back. They sent out the first bill for the exact bid amount. After we called them back to do the job properly they sent out another bill $80 higher and explained that they didn't know there were so many rooms to clean. We had other quotes that were cheaper but this company had better reviews. No quotes were as high as the last bill they sent. Bait and Switch. Watch out."

We typically bill in 1/3's. Some jobs will require all material be paid upfront with 1/3 of the labor. So 1/3 upfront, with 1/3 paid in the middle, and the final 1/3 at the completion of the work.
