I do have one suggestion; while you advertisement states "three rooms up to 600 sq.ft". I would like you to change it for those inviduals like myself who own smaller homes and drop the three rooms requirement and just clean up to 600 sq. ft. . My house is a two bedroom bungalow which is only 667 sq.ft. with a total of 5 rooms (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It seems silly just to have three rooms done and not four, especially when all four rooms are under the 600 sq. ft. requirement. Just a suggestion. See you next year.

Works out fine, but odd to hand a check without some sort of receipt. Takes a day or two to see what they are charging you and it applied to your account Overall not a bad job, I got pretty much what I asked for except the can light baloney, but seems like the workers go a little too fast and don't think about their actions. Best I could give them was a B, but it may lean closer to a C due to lack of leadership after the initial quote, but it is too bad because their responsiveness would have given them good grades but all the minor mistakes added up. I wasn't interested in doing this and there is a recycle fee to get rid of TV's because they can't go to the landfill. All things considered, I was able to get rid of an old TV which I had for more than 15 years. It was a please watching someone else struggle to get it into the truck. Use them, you won't be sorry!!

An antenna had never been installed on the system and we have been paying for the service for 2 years. I have tried several times in the last couple of months to contact the company by email any their email system is down. I have informed them by phone but nothing has been done to remedy this issue. I really do not think because of the lapse in time anything will be done to resolve this however I want people to be aware of this experience and how we have been paying for a service that we have been not been receiving all because the antenna was never installed. Company called today and apologized and was not certain how all of this could have happened. When we hit play the lights dim automatically and when we hit pause (to get more popcorn) the lights come up! There are speakers in most every room and two surround sound rooms. I really like being able to choose a music station from the TV menu and then listen to it anywhere in the house, and even outside at the dock and patio. Another favorite thing is the picture slideshow on my living room TV. When I'm listening to music the TV reveals itself from behind a framed picture and shows pictures of the grandkids on the screen. Just great! Over time we decided which features we made use of, and which we didn't. When we wanted to make a change Ambiance could connect to our systems over the internet which was convenient. The recent upgrade did require that they come here in person as a new controller had to be installed. There was a noticeable increase in responsiveness across the board. Very happy overall!
