Great. They were able to get rid of pet stains and smell.

Steamaway's schedulers and carpet cleaner were prompt, professional and punctual. The job was finished quickly, and the carpet cleaner was very friendly. He made an extra effort (ultimately unsuccessful) to clean up some mysterious deep stains in the carpet. We were billed an extra $47 because the room turned out to be around 700 square feet, according to his calculations. We still consider the overall bill to be reasonable, but the extra charge was a surprise. It would have been helpful to have known in advance what the charge would be for extra square footage.

Very professional, quick, and did a great job. I had them clean and treat my carpets for stain protection before I  moved into my house, and the carpets looked brand new after they did it. The techs who came out were clean, friendly, and took very good care of my carpet. I would highly suggest using this company for your carpet and furniture needs. My house smelled so fresh on move in day! AND the carpets were dry and definitely have good stain protection on them as we have 2 dogs that have a had a couple accidents. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

They were professional, courteous, and did a good job.

The crew showed up on time and I showed them the three rooms and the two items that I wanted them to move. It went faster than I had thought that it would and after they were done the carpets looked pretty good, especially since the were eight years old. I do have one re-occuring stain where I tend to sit as I watch tv and eat my meals. They did give me a bottle of stain removal for instances just like that.
I do have one suggestion; while you advertisement states "three rooms up to 600 sq.ft". I would like you to change it for those inviduals like myself who own smaller homes and drop the three rooms requirement and just clean up to 600 sq. ft. . My house is a two bedroom bungalow which is only 667 sq.ft. with a total of 5 rooms (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It seems silly just to have three rooms done and not four, especially when all four rooms are under the 600 sq. ft. requirement.
Just a suggestion.

Did not expect all the stains in my carpet to come out!  They did and it looks brand new!  20 years of kids and pets - gone!

I was very pleased with their work.  The crew was on time and completed their task with efficiency.  I had no issues at all.

They were late and called at beginning of time window to notify us they would be at tail end or just after end of service window. Otherwise great! Would use again.

It went super!  Two servicemen arrived right on time with some time to spare.  They did a walk through so that I could explain to them what I wanted/needed done.  They got right to work.  While one gentleman worked on the carpet, the other worked on the chairs.  They were both so attentive and meticulous!  I was very impressed.  I asked questions about the cleaning liquids that they were using and they took their time explaining the process and what the liquids did to make sure I understood what they were and what they were using and why.  I was so frightened about getting the chairs done, but the gentleman who cleaned them was very, very attentive with them as well.  The end results were miraculous!!!  I was very, very pleased.  I explained to him that I had just brought the chairs from my mothers home because she had just recently passed away and I would feel really bad if they were damaged.  HE DID A SUPER JOB!  He took extra time to clean and deodorize an area where my pet cat decided she wanted to make her "litter box."  It only took them approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours to get everything done.  I watched the whole process.  What a difference!  The last company I used, it took almost 5 days before my carpet was completely dry.  I was really frustrated with that!.  This treatment took less than 2 days to completely dry, mainly because of the extra treatment of the "pet" area.  There were several red stains in various areas and they were able to get them completely out (my carpet is eggshell colored)!  Overall, I was so impressed by their work that I purchased a gift cleaning for a friend who was very satisfied as well.  THANKS STEAMAWAY!  YOU'RE MY "GO TO" COMPANY!  KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

The cleaners arrived when expected and went right to work to come up with an estimate.  I had a living social deal, so they combined that with the estimate.  They did a great job and were very professional.  They protected my newly painted walls and the carpets turned out great.  I also like the scent they used for the job.  I spoke several times with Nicole in the office and she was so kind and happy to work with my moving in schedule. The guys who were here knew what they were doing and were also very pleasant.  Except for the Cub fan thing!  A great value and great service.  A nice way to be welcomed to Omaha.  I also like the spot cleaner they left.

This is the second time that I have used Steamaway.  I find them to be personable, professional, and good at what they do.  They definitely know their stuff (being able to correctly identify my rugs' origins, andtreat them accordingly).  I am very happy with this find.

The service went well.  I actually needed more footage than provided in the deal, but was able to make the adjustment.

We bought a house that belonged to cat owners.  My wife is allergic and we decided to get the entire house carpeting cleaned along with the vents.  The carpet cleaning these guys did was amazing, it made the carpet look virtually brand new, got a majority of the cat hair out, and they did a wonderful job of only doing what we needed not what they could sell us.  We also used them when we were selling our old house where they only cleaned the carpets that they felt would help us get both a good value and sell the house quickly.  Good price, great service and an amazing value.
