They also offer chimney sweeping services; including diagnosis and safety inspections, relining, tuckpointing, cleaning, reconstruction and repair services. "Nick arrived promptly. After checking, he said the fan was not running, and he speculated that not enough insulation surrounded the pipe leading up the chimney. He gave us some ideas for changing the fireplace, making it more efficient. Updating it. When we tried to pay him for coming, he said he had not done any work and wouldn't ask for money. We insisted paying him, however, for his trip charge. We will look at ideas at their showroom and, most likely, do some renovating when it's warmer."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
