Paul the Plumber

Prior to calling Paul we had two plumbers attempt to fix it. They did not fix leak. Paul completed task first time. I have used Paul many times since. I have always been satisfied.

He quote one price then charge a lot more money when the job was done. He was replacing a three valve shower/tub and put yo one wall surround piece. He was working good at first the slowed his speed way down. Kept going to truck and killing time. His work was ok he quoted the job at $145 around. We told him everything we wanted done before hand. Then at the end he charge us $392. It was a big shock for us because our income so limited right now. I will not use or recommend him again

Paul Did great job when we had him out to help with some plumbing issues on one of our bathrooms. We were very pleased with his work and price so we asked him to give us a bid on some other plumbing things we were needing as we remodel our house. He came out and said he would give us a call the next day with a bid but never called us back. If the job was too biig or he just didnt want the job the professional thing to do would to be upfront and just tell us. We were very disappointed!

He did excellent work. Everything turned out very well.

Honest man, a rarity in this field. It was in the overall bid for the remodel (120,000). I already have used him again and recommended him to several friends who also hired him.

Initially, it was leaking where the handle goes into the hose bib, but it started leaking somewhere else after he was done. He told me it needed a part that screws into there and it just needed a washer. I moved and left the day after that so I am not sure if it's still dripping.

Right now, he is essentially his only worker. He would never stop working at my house, he would just have to delay when he would arrive whatever morning and sometimes be delayed in showing up. However, he has been really good. His punctuality, accuracy on his estimate and professionalism are very good.

He is excellent. The first time I used him, when he added up the invoice, he charged me more than he should have. Within 15 minutes, he drove back to my house and refunded the money he overcharged.

Fast, professional, friendly, reasonable. Will use again and again.

He was very nice. He is a guy by himself. He presents himself in a very articulate way. He speaks well and he was very professional. He didn't use swear words, even when it was just us guys looking at what he was working on. He was very honest about what should and should not be done. He essentially didn't charge for the repairs. He said that he knew we had a couple of toilets that needed to be installed and he asked that we call and give him that business. He said that he would count that as payment for this work. His work was very good, which is important. We will absolutely use him again.

Paul arrived on time, completed the work and charged a reasonable price. So why the bad rating?... Well, when he was at my house to clean the drain I spoke to him about providing an estimate for some additional work I wanted to get done. I explained the work and he said he would write up an estimate and get back to me which he never did. I called, left messages on his answering service and emailed him on at least separate 5 occasions before I figured out I was wasting my time. I would understand if he had declined the work because he was too busy, but to completely ignore my attempts at contact is completely unprofessional and rude at best.

I have no problems or concerns with All Points. They seem very professional to me. They were very nice all the way from the appointment scheduling to the finalized job. They showed me enough professionalism that I would not have any doubts on hiring them again.
