Will not return phone calls after providing shady type of work saying that it is the temperature that needs to heat up to make the shingles lay down. I may not be a rocket scientist, but looking at these pictures, I want one and just one honest construction worker or roofer tell me how metal will screw itself it and miraculously flatten out when it's been approximately 30 days and over 95 degrees and still has yet to go flat. Pictures were sent to company and no return phone calls since. All pictures shown are less than 45 days after completion of work! Is this really quality work? Please people save your money and find a local roofer who has been in business over 25 years. Stay away from a corporate company that subcontract and can't keep their word!"

During nights and weekends non-emergency claims will not receive a call back until the next business day. Our service call deductibles range from $65 - $75.

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
