"Had to cancel because one TV always froze after about 5 minutes, and they were never able to fix it. They did try several times and let us out of the contract since they could not provide full service. I would gladly use them again if they could figure out that technical problem, which apparently is rare in their experience.

"Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. We couldn't find anyone as competent as Mr. Caughman. He pricing is honest and reasonable."

"It didn’t work out so well. I had to take my computer somewhere else to get it fixed. I don’t know if it was his problem or what. It just didn’t work out. He did the job remotely. After he did the job, I still had viruses and pop ups and things like that. I didn’t really feel like I got any benefit out of the money I paid but he did spend time. I felt bad for him because he did spent time trying to fix it but it was not fixed. The price would have been good if it worked but it didn’t work. His responsiveness was fine. He was fine and professional."
