"They did a good job"

"Project was delayed by weather and then by availability of equipment.  They finished in less than 2 days. We were left with more clean up and more foundation cracks than expected.  There was no follow-up from the company.  We received a letter about a week later to tell us our check was written for the wrong amount and they needed an additional $5.  Overall, the process for foundation raising and stabilization with piers is good but the company's execution and professionalism was less than desired.

"Our first contact with Northern Valley involved installation of kitchen counters in approximately 2010. Jack was the utmost professional, so naturally we called him when we needed some major home improvements. He always answers his phone, promptly provides estimates, and he doesn't cut corners. Our bay window was somewhat oddly shaped and the extent of the installation wasn't fully revealed until the old window was out. Jack had to rebuild the base. He did a fantastic job. We've also used Northern Valley Construction in 2011 to install windows in our rental property.
