In the mean time, they directed me to have plumbing rough and done, and then when they couldn't deliver the system for which the plumbing was done, I now have to spend several thousand dollars having the plumbing redone for another system that I found out on my own. The design was okay, some of their ideas were spot on, some of them were way off but ultimately they just couldn't deliver after holding $10,000 of my money for over 2 months. If you go to turn it counterclockwise and it won’t turn anymore, it’s open. Like most other valves, you should be able to turn a radiator valve counterclockwise (to the left) to open it and clockwise (right) to close it.
