I contacted Jerry on a Thursday - he was out at my house to take a look at the damage on a Friday - and then the work was completed on a Sunday. Considering the high workload all contractors were likely dealing with after the hurricane I was very happy with how quickly I was helped. I was also very happy with the communication Jerry provided me along the way. He called & texted to keep me updated, and even texted me before and after pictures of the chimney cap so I did not need to get on the roof to inspect the work. It is also worth noting that I asked Jerry several times if it would be best to replace the entire chimney cap instead of repairing my current one (which would have been more income for him). He insisted that he could repair my current cap which saved me about $700."
