I went to pick someone up and I got back at 7:45am, they were sitting in the truck in front of my home patiently waiting for 8:00. I respect that on so many levels. The owner Eric is one of the most honest men I’ve ever worked with. NOTHING IN MY HOUSE WAS DAMAGED or MISSING. Not only did they load my furniture carefully, correctly & efficiently but they PROTECTED my furniture to the full extent. The absolute best customer service, Honest answers to all questions and SUPERB COMMUNICATION! Let’s not forget the fact that they started loading my items at 8:00am in Hampton, VA & by 1:00pm they were unloading the same items in Silver Spring, MD.
