"The work that was preformed was horrible. This was new construction home and which we thought we hired this company and come to find out they sub contracted the work out. This was a total Sheetrock job. A lot of our personal property was used and damaged, none of the work was complete on 2 separate occasions, the owner was very disrespectful when we called him out on it,etc. I can’t explain everything we went through to get this job done properly. We had to hire someone else to complete the work. Keep in mind we live over 3 hours away and 2 separate trips the work was supposed to be complete. I would not recommend and be careful signing their contract and giving them your direct account information!! They will try and withdraw the money without your knowledge and claim they made attempts to collect which is incorrect!!"

Back in Colorado, I managed all the maintenance needs on $13 million in investment, as well as working on residential and small businesses. I have worked with relators on pre-sale and post-sale maintenance needs. Performed small to mid-size projects, conducted home inspection mitigation, have studied home inspection, and am working on getting my NC home inspection certification. I moved to Wilmington, NC, at the End of 2023 with my dog Matteo to be closer to the water for and to enjoy a more comfortable winter. My business has been steadily growing, and I thought I would try Angi's/Home Advisor to add a few more customers. It is about making a home a home P.S. He performed the fix on attaching the loose siding piece and repainted it. He replaced the screen and we took pictures. We even visited an under construction house to see base wall material. "
