They told me I could have Moen send the parts to me for free and they would come back and install them when I received the part for their service call fee, or I could pay the fee now and install it myself. i chose to have them come back, which they promptly did and installed just for their service fee. "We wanted to replace our existing Heating, Air Conditioning Unit.  We called several contractors and had them out to give us an estimate.  Wes Hudson called us immediately, emailed us information to review before he came to give us an estimate.  He gave us a much more thorough evaluation of our existing system than the other contractors.  Gave us an estimate and when we told him we were going to check with another contractor to see if we could get the same unit at a lower price, he gave us an even lower price.  We checked Angie's List to see what his rating was and decided to go with him.  The installers were very neat and efficient and had the new unit in about 6 or 7 hrs.  We are very pleased with Hudson's and have already recommended him  to people in our neighborhood who saw that we were getting a new unit.  A plus!!"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
