425 Ricky refinished and repaired the wood floor in my 1940s home. He gave me the best estimate out of three. He used a technique called "water popping" to stain the floor. This allowed the stain to go on more even, and deeper into the wood for a rich dark finish. (dark walnut) His repair work...

They had to remove old carpet and completely redo our subflooring before the perfinished flooring was installed. The guys also moved heavy furniture for us. Every day before they left we were shown what they had accomplished that day and advised of areas we should avoid. (We continued to live in the house during entire process). They left the area as clean as possible at the end of every day. Now we have beautiful floors. We would highly recommend this flooring installation company."
