The staff was pleasant and professional. I was greeted promptly upon arrival. The waiting area was clean and entertainment and coffee was provided. The only negative was the 1 1/2 hour wait since I was only getting an oil change.

Money and items were stolen out of my car, paint started chipping two months after, 13 clips were missing from under teh car. Had to take to get repaired three times. Ended up going to a completely different auto body shop.

Took car by for an estimate. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. This was the second price that I obtained and was almost 1/2 that of the first estimate.
The car was ready on exactly the date promised and the work was excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The car is not a Chevy product but I would take either of my cars to this shop for repair work without hesitation.

There were no surprises. The vehicle was delivered on time allowing for the incoming parts delivery schedule. The Dealer kept us informed all along without our needing to call them.

They did a pretty good job. I was happy with their service.

Their work was done in a timely manner and seemed to try hard to please. I couldn't tell where the damage had been when completed.

I dropped the truck off at 7:30 in the morning. They called at 10:00 AM to tell me the cost would be $3200, and I needed brakes, various front end work including upper ball joints, an alignment, a wheel bearing, and they had found that the sway bar on the rear axle was shot.
They called at about 3 or so to tell me the truck was ready. When I went in to pick it up, they had cut the list prices on the parts to give me about a $250 discount.
When I left the dealership I found several things about my truck almost immediately: (1) the clunk under the rear end was gone. (2) the brakes would stop on a dime, all the brake noise and uneven stopping was gone, (3) the truck steering and front end was much more responsive and much tighter than it had been in at least 80,000 miles, (4) all of the annoying noises and vibrations from the suspension were gone.
Overall, I would like to complain about the price, but for the work done and the condition of the truck when it was returned, I think it was cheap. And as for the work itself, they deserve the highest rating available!!

Up front, I am hard to please.
Body repair was done to my truck bed in a very professional manner at Jeff Gordon Chevrolet in Wilmington.
Kevin was the overall person responsible for coordinating repairs, and I cannot imagine it being done any better.
The front office girls were a little annoying, calling me honey, and pressing for the appointment, but I have been called worse.
I am very pleased.

They estimated that it would take up to 4 days and it only took them a day. It was a great job. It looked perfect.

My vehicle was hit in the back by a van while I was stopped at a stop sign, and my insurance company asked where I wanted to take it to be repaired. Since my insurance agent had an office at Jeff Gordon Chevrolet and assured me that they do excellent work there, I decided to just leave it there for the repair work. I was not disappointed. Not only did they do an excellent job on my vehicle, but they completed the work ahead of schedule. When I went to retrieve the car, I found that they had also cleaned it inside and out. It looked new! I mainly dealt with my insurance agent, rather than the repairmen, and my insurance paid for the repair work. But I would definitely use Jeff Gordon Chevrolet's auto body shop again if necessary.
