"Very pleased with end result. Haley Hahn's Ron Prince has many years of experience and was very knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The new gutters (with leaf guard) & downspouts are high quality, attractive and fairly priced. Installation took about two days and went very smoothly. Unlike so many others, they did a good clean-up job when finished although I did have to bring a few areas to their attention. My only disappointment was ... they would not repair very minor facia board damage (from squirrels) in two areas despite my willingness to pay extra. However, I would use them again and have already recommended them to a close friend."

"Jeff was very responsive and contacted me pretty quickly after the purchase to schedule. It was easy to schedule a mutually convenient date. It was raining the day he was scheduled to come at 9:00 and he called at 7:30 to let me know we needed to reschedule. He came the very next day, exactly on time. Jeff was very professional and personable and before going on the roof asked if there were any areas of concern. I had two areas of old leaks (one in each bathroom) and showed those to him - the very reason I purchased this deal. I also knew that the flat roof on my front porch was long overdue for replacement. I could hear Jeff using a hammer a few times, When he was done he explained that the roof overall was in "A" condition (I had a new roof installed 16 years ago) and he had repaired a few nail pops/lifted shingles and fastened the flashing around the skylight and applied sealant. He also advised that the two areas with old leaks came from vent pipes that needed new flanges. As expected, he recommended a new rubber roof for my flat porch roof (it was not replaced when the house roof was done and is about 48 years old). He gave me what I think is a fair price to replace the pipe flanges and also quoted me a price for a new rubber roof for the porch that I think is fair. We scheduled the work for the pipe flanges but I deferred on the porch roof for now due to other pending remodeling. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I plan to use Jeff in the near future when I am ready to replace the porch roof."

When I met Junior, I knew that he was the guy to go with, but I wanted to do my due diligence and get a few other estimates. Junior's estimate was comparable to the others, but his attention to detail exceeded the others by far. Once I accepted the estimate, he and his small crew got to work within a few days. He kept me posted on the progress throughout the job, and finished on-schedule. The painting, doors and baseboard install, and outlet move exceeded our expectations. "I needed all the wooden cabinets, shelves, and workbenches removed from the walls of my basement so that a waterproofing system could be put in. I then needed that to be all reinstalled so that it hung from the joists and did not perforate the plastic waterproofing sheeting that was placed over the walls. This job went fantastically well! Tom got back to me right away, was able to come right away, and really saved my bacon to get me ready for the water-proofing installation right on time. He put in a big day's work putting everything back better than it was before and came up with inventive ways to reinstall everything so that it wouldn't perforate the sheeting. Without him, I wouldn't have even thought it possible to reinstall everything. Tom was really easy to work with, did what he said he would (and better) and did it on time. He's the best!"
