He spoke with me in a very professional manner and put me at ease right away.

"Jason spent some time looking at the screen door and making some adjustments to it so that it slides much better now and does not fall off. Given that some of the parts in the bottom of the screen door appeared to be broken, he suggested down the road I purchase a new screen door if the old door continues to fall off. But since Jason could not guarantee the screen door would not come off the runners again, he refused to take any money from me! Excellent service, great honesty, very professional. I'll definitely be using Craftsman Direct in the future.
