12 The Floor Store restored an old wood floor in our building. They did an excellent job at a fair price. The owner and his staff really care about their work. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others needing floor installation or floor restoration and repairs.

"I would have given them a zero if I could have. The work done on the windows was awful! The company used smaller windows than what was required and did not consult us regarding this. They basically used these smaller windows and then added tons of caulking to them. We contracted them to replace 4 windows and it took them 4 days (40 hours) to do this work but they were still not nearly done and they did not know when they would be done! Also, my son spent hours helping these guys do their job and he lent them his tools as well! The company is listed as a landscaping and fencing company on their webpage online. Why did Angi have a landscaping company come out to replace our windows??? The workmanship was shoddy and we had to fire these guys and are now stuck having to find someone else to finish up and fix their very unprofessional workmanship. Do not let JMCW do any window or home repairs on your home or business!!! They may come across as really nice and honest guys but they don't have a clue as to what they are doing."
