Quick to schedule, diagnose, and replace our 20 year old system. Glenn’s was awesome to work with! 10/10 would recommend. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Glenn had a technician out to diagnose the issue with our AC within an hour and a half of calling him. He was able to adjust his schedule to replace our unit the next day knowing we had a 9 month old baby. His crew was prompt, professionally, and genuinely cared about the job they were doing. Glenn also followed up the day after the install to ensure the system was cooling properly. We will use Glenn's for future HVAC jobs. His team is top notch.

I am very dis-satisfied (and broke) after dealing with this company. I regret even using them -- most of my neighbors feel the same way. It looks like I now may have to replace the entire system. I still do not have heat flowing throughout the house, and the thermostat that the sold me they told me not to use certain buttons or else I'd cause damage to the HVAC unit. SMDH!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY --- THEY DON'T EVEN USE LICENSED TECHNICIANS!!

Three days later furnace 'burped' and disconnected flue from stack. Found out it was due to using the wrong valve for the furnace.

Their main problem is that they can't keep good people! Glen doesn't want to repair anything, he just always wants to replace the whole unit. He wanted me to replace one of my systems one time, but I had it repaired by someone else and it ran for 5 years. He contracts out a lot of his work as well. The unit he replaced he didn't register with the manufacturer so I wasn't going to get the 10 year warranty. I had to call them myself with the VIN number and fight them to register it and provide the warranty.

Called Glenn's to check why out HVAC unit was tripping on and off continuously. They discover d there were multiple problems with splicing in the wiring and units age was causing unit to keep failing. Decided to replace unit.

Originally called to have our old unit repaired (motor wouldn't stop tripping on and off). After calling for service and upon their inspecting unit we discovered the cost to repair our 20 year old system was't cost effective. After obtaining several prices and negotiating with them we agreed to have them replacing unit. They agreed to deduct the amount of the service call from the cost of the new unit which we thought was very good business. Very pleased with the new unit and their services.

Annual service for 2 units. Wouldn't use anyone else- have used Mr. Glenn and Glenn, Jr. for over 15 years.

The workmen were punctual and efficient. The Goodman heat pump has worked as advertised. When the old ductwork was interfaced with the air handler, the slot for the air filter was blocked, so we had to add a filter and holder to the ceiling intake just before the unit, (at a cost of an additional $200). A small coiled copper tubing on the upstairs unit sticks out, and my wife jokes that it looks like and quot;a stilland quot;.
The Daiken unit in the sunroom allows us to use the space during midwinter and summer. During cooling season, the intake fan runs constantly (I'm told that's normal so the air temperature can be sensed). My only complaint with this (wall) unit is that it is difficult to reach to service the filters, (right above a spiral staircase)

Glenn's Electric Air and Heating Inc. is the most horrifying company I have ever worked with in this area. They screwed me, they lied to me, I don't know how they stay in business. I really need to do a write-up on them and what they did to me is absolutely amazing. The builder who built this house put an undersized unit in it to cool the upstairs, but I didn't know that, so I called Glenn's heating and air and, it was getting to be about 85 degrees upstairs so I told them that my upstairs wasn't cooling. You would have thought that them being professionals they would have looked at the size of the A/C unit and known we didn't have a big enough unit to cool the upstairs. A 10.5, and this is from research I did, cools about 900 square feet. I got over 1200 square feet upstairs. They told me it looked like my freon might be a little low. So they charged me $400 to fill it up with R22. Here's how unprofessional they are, why was my freon low? They didn't even begin to, there's two things right there, my unit was undersized and if my freon was low, why was it low? So, I called them back a third time, they said I must have a leak. They went up there and told me I had a bad part in the return that's made of copper and it was leaking, they charged me $1600 to replace it. On top of that they charged me $90 just for using a credit card. Then I finally called them back and asked them why they didn't tell me from the very beginning the unit was underpowered? They got me for $2000 and in the end my unit wasn't strong enough to cool the upstairs. Then they said they would make things better by buying my unit and I told them I contacted someone to buy a two ton high efficiency unit and since they made me spend all this money for really nothing would they consider at least buying my unit from me. They told me they would buy it from me for $1000. Then they changed it and said, not $1000 but $700, and they never showed up to get it or pay me the money. A despicable company indeed. That's the absolute truth. The piece that the freon flows through is made out of copper but they ordered one made out of aluminum and they said the warranty had just run out. Anyway, $2000 for nothing, absolutely nothing. Looking at the receipt, they charged me $465 just for the freon and then $30 processing fee. They had to replace the evaporator coil and that's what it was called, and they charged me $96 for using my credit card and then $1470 to replace the piece, and then at the end I said it's still not cooling and they came in and took some measurements and then told me I needed a bigger unit. My wife even had to call and read them the riot act. Then they said if you keep talking like that the deal is off.

They were alright. I mean I don’t know how reports you got on Greenville but this town is worthless for service but this guys were alright. They’re OK. They have to come back once and they would have to modify something that they took care of it so they’re OK. One of the guys said there is something that the original installation guy had not done and when the guy came back he corrected the program. I guess the price is average for the area. I had to wait a little while to get the guy to come back to take care of the problem. They did come when they said they were coming in. They are good people. I will use them for maintenance.

This company charged me two processing fees for using my credit card. That's a terrible way to run a business. They never looked at the unit or took into consideration what needed to be done. They just jumped right into working without even taking that consideration into effect. It all ended up not working out. In the end, they said it wasn't our fault that this happened.

Arrived around 9am and they were done before 3pm. New HVAC system is working as it should. Very happy. Had to call them back less than a week later because the system was not cooling. They came out to repair within a hour of our call on a Sunday. The problem was fixed in less than an hour. We have had no problems since. Still very happy.

They showed up on time, when they said that they would, which is always nice. However, they didn't even ring my doorbell before they started taking apart my outside air compressor. I only knew they were out there, because I heard them running my water. When I went out there, one of the guys practically called me an idiot for not turning off my AC the instant I noticed the problem. I'm not an HVAC technician, so I didn't know how important it was to turn it off immediately at the first sign of problem. I know now, but they could have just told me that, rather than go on and on about how much this could cost me if I've destroyed my unit. They did good work and did it quickly which was great. The whole time I was filling out my check however, one of the guys proceeded to complain about how much of the check that I was writing was going to have to go to taxes, as if to suggest that I should be paying him more. Like I said above, I would use them again because they do good work, I just hope they are a little more professional next time.
