"The technician was excellent . I think the price quoted and I paid was too high for the repair of the drain pipe."

"The Tar Heel Basement Systems Team was a true pleasure to work with. From the very first meeting / inspection with Nathan S to the actual installation and receiving the final product. Also, just to note...the installation team with Tar Heel Basement Systems was excellent. They answered all of my questions and provided daily updates on the installation progress. They provided me with pictures and again answered ALL of my questions and was super patient with me. The work quality was top shelf. I am more than satisfied with the quality of work performed! Thank you again to the great installation team that installed my crawl space enclosure, shout out to Stephon, Matt, and Jorge (and Nate)...great job guys!!!! and very much appreciated! "Tim is a good communicator, keeping me updated as per his time of arrival. He arrived on time, respected our home by placing protective coverings over his boots without being asked. Performed tests to replicate and confirm the problems I stated and snaked the upstairs drain through the shower to clear the obstruction. His pricing is on the higher side curve for these services although we were very satisfied with the service provided. I would recommend and refer Tim Campbell to others."

"While visiting our son, daughter-in-law, and baby in Greenville, NC their range broke. As it was old and needed costly repairs, we went with them as they shopped for a new one. They both wanted gas and the old one was electric so we knew we would need to get someone over to run gas lines if they bought a gas range. We called a few local plumbing companies and Coastal Carolina was the only one that was willing, or able, to come on such short notice. After getting their quote we decided to go ahead and hire them. They came on time, worked steady and not only installed and tested the gas line, they fixed a plumbing problem while they were there. They were courteous, diligent, and fair with their pricing. Because of their good work we finished getting the kitchen in order that evening and my son fixed us breakfast on his new gas range the next morning!"

"I had MGT Enterprise to build me a 850 ft gravel driveway, installed 2 drain tiles for the water drainage, cleared off 2 acres and completely graded the land for my house to be built on, and cleared the land for my septic field. They called around and found the most reasonable prices for the job. When the owner gave me an estimate, everything was itemized just as I asked so I could understand what was being spent. MGT Enterprise was very responsive and gave me their professional opinions and described how they would perform all the work when they gave me a quote. Whenever I had questions, they immediately had answers even if I thought they were ridiculous, they never made me feel like I didnt know anything. They were very prompt with job timing and kept me informed through the whole process. They would not leave the job until I came out and they made sure I was 100% satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any excavation or work in that area."

"There was no blockage, but found out that the original install of the vent system hand too many bends and this caused the sensor to go off.  Had the original installer back and corrected the problem.
