Recent Lawn Landscaping Reviews in Washington

They laid out the work areas, one measuring 10' X 11' and one measuring 10' X 12'. They then removed the sod and dirt to a depth of approx. 4 inches and leveled the work surface. Anti-grass and weed fabric was laid over the entire patio area. That area was covered with foundation soil and stone. That was covered with sand and was leveled. They then started laying the paving stone. The pattern they chose met my approval. After the stone was laid the border was installed to keep the stone tight. Then all of the seams were filled with sand and was power tamped. More sand was added and re-tamped. The area around the patios was covered with soil, seeded and covered with planting soil. Since my yard was wet several ruts were made by their wheel barrels. They filled all of the ruts in with planting soil and seeded the entire area. The total project took just over 2 days. The crew was very professional and maintained a clean work area. I have used Blue Sky a couple times before for other projects and I will use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone needed yard service, landscaping, patios or tree removal. Very dependable and waste no time getting back to you to answer any questions you might have read less

He was there when he said, charged what we had agreed on and his crew and he were congenial and open to making the small changes I asked for. Overall excellent experience.

  • Randy's Lawn Care
I have the best lawn in the neighborhood. He's gotten 2 jobs out of here. People have asked me about him. The way that he trims my yard and keeps my bushes cut, everybody says he does an excellent job & that I have one of the best, they call it manicured, lawns on the block. He does good work. He cuts every week because of the grass and the water, we've had a lot of rain. My lawn is so green and pretty and when he cuts it, it looks like a beautiful carpet out there. I would say that he does do well. I would say it's a good price. He does the lawn plus he does my little garden area where I have my flowers out front. He pulls the weeds and sprays. I think that's a good price because I'm on 1.22 acres. The quality is beautiful. Everybody compliments me on my lawn. On responsiveness, sometimes especially when I get ready to have my bushes cut sometimes his lawn demands out exceed his ability to come and do your bushes around the house like the shrubbery and stuff and get it cut down like you wanted. On punctuality, he sets the time for coming. Usually if it's Friday he may come in the evening and in the morning so I don't know. As long as he comes that Friday it's fine with me. Certainly I don't want him coming at 6 o'clock in the morning when I'm trying to sleep. He & I both might get run out of here. He sets his own time and usually when he says he's coming Friday, he's coming Friday and I don't care whether it's morning or evening as long as it's done. On professionalism, he always respects you and if there's something that he hasn't done or something that you think you may need him to do you can talk to him about it. If there's something that's not quite right or something you saw that wasn't quite done like it should have been then you tell him and he doesn't get all angry like some people. I've used him now for 6 years read less

They arrived when they said they would, very professional. Did what I asked and did it right the first time. I have used Cutler's before for tree removal and was very please. Equally please with the landscaping they did. Spent a bit more than I planed, but it was well worth the cost.

  • 1Dan Andrews Lawn Svc Inc
1Dan Andrews Lawn Service Inc did some landscaping for me, and the cost was very reasonable for what I got. They were very efficient. I was able to get them over here very quickly. The workers were very professional. They knew what they were doing, it looked almost like it was automatic. They had a system which was very quick - they were here one afternoon and it was done. They were very polite and courteous. They parked away from my vehicle so I could come and go as I needed to. The boss came and checked several times while they were here - and checked with me that they were doing what they were supposed to. He made sure that it looked like what we had talked about, and they were constantly doing a lot of checks and balances to make sure we were pleased with the service. It was very reasonably priced and it is still pretty! I'm working on getting them back to do some more read less

We spent probably around $2000 on that service. Tim is one of the sales representatives and he is probably the most honest person we have ever met in the business world. We can't always say that their prices are the most fair, but Tim will absolutely not try to sell us something we don't need. He will not try to sell us the most expensive things, but really just what meets our needs. If there are any problems, he is more than willing come back and fix whatever the problem is at no cost whether it is our fault or theirs. Honestly, he knows that a couple of times the sprinkler had popped up and hadn't gone down and I have gone over it with a lawn mower, completely devastating the sprinkler head. He came out the next day and put in a new one at no cost and no questions. I have also picked his brains about other landscaping things and he offers us free advice over the phone. He is just really willing to work with us and several of our neighbors, all of those who have contracted with him read less
