While it was within the details of the contract, I was unaware they would remove the bait stations in the ground around my house if you refuse to renew the contract. Initially I was frustrated and felt blindsided, but after speaking with Ryan I now understand the situation better. The owner reached out personally, explained the state regulations requiring the removal of the stations, and genuinely apologized for the lack of clear communication. He was incredibly professional and showed true integrity in how he handled the situation. I respect how they made things right and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. This is a company that truly cares about their customers and their reputation."

"The bedbug team at SPS are very friendly and very professional. Compared to other exterminators who came to bid on our job, they were much more thorough with their initial inspection, and they shared much more information about how/where bedbugs live, different approaches to elimination, and different likelihoods of success. In the end, they did a combination of heat and chemical treatment that seems to have taken care of our problems. (I'm confident that if we have any other problems during our warranty period, the SPS guys will show up quickly to stamp out any lingering problems.) For their two visits, SPS came in clean white vans without signage or logos that would tell neighbors, "HEY, THERE ARE BEDBUGS HERE." I thought that was a nice courtesy. On both visits, they came when they said they would and got their work done quickly and neatly. Also, I want to thank John for going the extra mile and moving a couple of pieces of furniture and a few other things that I didn't realize I needed to move. I definitely endorse the team at SPS."
