"I live in Florida an own a rental property in Rochester NY. Needed some one to diagnose a give a estimate to find a kitchen ceiling leak. "Agency arrived with two individuals at 9:00 a.m. and worked without stopping in this 4 bedroom, bath and a half ranch style home.  House also has sunroom and seperate laundry room.  The team of two worked continuously until about 5:00 p.m.  When asked about price, said pay what you think is fair.  My figuring was $30.00/hr x 2 persons x 8 hours for a total of 480.00.  I gave them an even 500.00."
