"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He kept us updated on his arrival time the day of installation. The installation of our self-purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring went quickly and the finished floor looks fabulous. Chris finished it off with quarter round white molding. He took away all the trash and left our sun room clean. Although his quote was higher than the other two quotes we received, his work is well worth the price. Chris is courteous, polite and very professional"
