The technician, Wayne, was very personable and wanted to make sure we were happy with the results. I would recommend the homeowner not be present during the process as it does create a lot of fumes. Thank you Wayne for handling a not so fun and difficult job with a gracious attitude! We were very happy with the results!

Tim and Jimmy did excellent work making a very old, well worn tub and tiles look almost brand new. No mess at all, done very professionally, and punctually. It wasn't exactly cheap, but very well done.
