Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. After assembling he also cleaned up the work area and stacked the cardboard boxes. I was also satisfied with the sealing of the concrete. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. "I called Above and Beyond Construction to have them come and provide a quote to repair a leak in our roof that appeared after hurricane Sandy.  We set a time and date with them to do the quote.  Upon arrival and inspection of the inside of the house, they went up on the roof and inspected it and made repairs to the roof.  Not only did they repair where the leak was, but also walked the entire front side of the house repairing other minor damage.  Upon asking how much I owed them, they charged me absolutely nothing.  This day and age, you would never expect this from anybody, especially they way the economy is and this is how they make a living.  Above and Beyond Construction will be the first company I call next time for roof repairs.  Thanks for the outstanding service Above and Beyond....the name says it all.
